Alyson is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating, sports nutrition, women's health, and gastrointestinal disorders. She has worked in all levels of care from the intensive care unit to partial hospitalization programs to outpatient clinics. The main force behind Whole & Well Nutrition is a deep desire to help individuals achieve peace with their bodies and to stop viewing food as 'the enemy'.
