BIO
Alyson graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences. She later went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with Sodexo in the NJ/Philadelphia area. She presented her final thesis on the topic of eating disorders and went on to become an expert on this topic.
​
She has presented at several seminars, including a seminar organized by the National Pancreas Foundation on the topic of Chronic Pancreatitis and the Role of Nutrition.
​
Alyson was raised in Connecticut but has most recently relocated to North Carolina. She is a wife and mother of 2 (not including her 2 dogs). In her spare time she enjoys yoga, DIY projects, and cooking.
